1. About the Platform

My Volleyball World is a web-based coaching platform for volleyball coaches, operated by Miloš Denić ("we", "us", "our"). The platform is accessible at myvolleyballworld.netlify.app and is marketed at myvolleyballworld.com.

The platform provides tools including team management, drills library, tactical boards, player testing, statistics tracking, session planning, calendar, and coaching tools — all designed specifically for volleyball coaches.

2. Eligibility

By using My Volleyball World, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are using the platform for lawful coaching and sports management purposes
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to My Volleyball World's features requires a paid subscription. We currently offer two plans:

• Basic Plan — $10/month (launch price, regularly $20/month)
• Premium Plan — $17/month (launch price, regularly $34/month)

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscriptions are charged monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance and will not affect your locked-in launch price if you subscribed during the launch period.

4. Free Trial and Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund you in full.

After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors on our part. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the platform continues until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the following billing period
• Your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account will be deactivated

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use My Volleyball World only for its intended purpose of volleyball coaching and team management. You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or the platform's systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform or its code
• Upload or enter content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform to third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without notice or refund.

7. Your Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform — including player names, test results, drills, and statistics. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never share, sell, or use your data for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about your players (including minors) complies with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Data Security and Availability

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and database-level Row Level Security. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of My Volleyball World — excluding data entered by users — are the intellectual property of Miloš Denić and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

My Volleyball World relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
• Netlify — platform hosting and deployment

We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or terms of these third-party providers. Your use of the platform is also subject to their respective terms of service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Volleyball World and Miloš Denić shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Service interruptions
• Errors or inaccuracies in platform features

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

My Volleyball World is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee that any coaching tools, AI suggestions, or tactical features will produce specific results for your team or players.

13. Changes to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated platform.

We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We will notify subscribers of significant changes by email.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
