How long does the 50% launch discount last?
The launch price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. If you subscribe now at $10 or $17/month, that's your price — it won't go up as long as your subscription is active.
Can I try the app before paying?
Yes — you can create a free account and explore the interface. A subscription is required to unlock the tools and start entering your data.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are charged monthly on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can cancel at any time from within the app or the Paddle customer portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel any time with no penalty. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your subscription ends. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is stored in a secure cloud database (Supabase) with Row Level Security — meaning each coach can only ever see their own players and data. We never share your data with third parties.
What devices does it work on?
My Volleyball World is a web app that works on any modern browser — desktop, tablet, and mobile. It can also be installed as a PWA (app icon on your home screen) on iOS and Android.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time from the Billing page inside the app. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
