My Volleyball World is a web-based coaching platform for volleyball coaches, operated by Miloš Denić ("we", "us", "our"). Our platform is accessible at myvolleyballworld.netlify.app and https://app.myvolleyballworld.com/.

We use your personal data only to:

• Provide and operate the My Volleyball World platform
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Process your subscription payments through Paddle
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve the platform based on usage patterns

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to any third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that each coach can only ever access their own data — your players, drills, and stats are never visible to other users of the platform.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management (Privacy Policy). Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles all billing data.
• Netlify — website hosting and deployment (Privacy Policy)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

6. Cookies

My Volleyball World uses minimal cookies, limited to:

• Authentication session cookies — to keep you logged in
• Preference cookies — to remember your app settings (language, units, currency)

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies from third parties.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your subscription

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our database within 30 days.

Payment records may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

9. Children's Privacy

My Volleyball World is intended for use by coaches (adults). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. Player profiles entered by coaches may include information about minors — this data is entered and controlled entirely by the coach and is only visible to that coach.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
