Step 1 — Create Your Account
Sign up with your email in under 60 seconds. Once you’re in, you’ll see your personal Coach Hub — your central dashboard with access to every tool in the platform.
Step 2 — Set Up Your Team
Head to Team Manager and build your roster. Add players with their positions, contact details, and availability status. Track injuries, mark who’s available for training, and always know the state of your squad at a glance.
Step 3 — Plan Your Sessions
Use the Session Builder to plan your training sessions in advance. Combine drills from the Drills Library, set durations, add notes, and create a structured plan your players can follow. No more improvising on the court.
Step 4 — Run Your Training
