7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with My Volleyball World within the first 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
1. Overview
My Volleyball World offers monthly subscription plans processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. All billing, payments, and refund transactions are handled by Paddle on our behalf.
This policy explains when and how refunds are issued, and what happens when you cancel your subscription.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Email us at milos.denic666@gmail.com within 7 days of your first payment
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process the refund within 5–10 business days
No reason is required. No questions asked.
3. Refunds After the 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period
If you believe you were charged in error, or if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review your case individually.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through either of these methods:
- Inside the app — go to the Billing page and click "Cancel Subscription"
- Paddle customer portal — use the link in any Paddle billing receipt email
- Email us — contact milos.denic666@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not lose access to the platform immediately upon cancelling.
5. Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Please contact us with your receipt details and we will resolve it promptly.
6. Plan Changes
If you upgrade from Basic to Premium during a billing period, the price difference is calculated and charged immediately by Paddle on a pro-rata basis.
If you downgrade from Premium to Basic, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the downgrade.
7. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for My Volleyball World. This means Paddle is responsible for handling your payment information, issuing receipts, and processing refunds.
